KAW HOUSING AUTHORITY PRIVACY POLICY

Kaw Housing Authority(KHA) is sensitive to the confidentiality of your information and believes the protection of your confidentiality to be one of KHA’s significant responsibilities. This Privacy Policy will be adopted and will be applicable to all visits on our website in regard to payment information.

ACQUISITION OF INFORMATION: We will only require information that is necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely. All employees are trained on the importance of privacy and will only have access to your information as required by their job duties. Basys will be the party who will work with business parties to disseminate your information to the extent necessary to perform the transaction you have requested. All businesses will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: You may be required to submit name, address, financial information, ex: credit/debit cards or banking information, contact information, email, amount of transaction, etc. The personally identifiable information Basys acquires in processing payment transactions varies according to the transaction.

INFORMATION/DATA CENTER SECURITY: Transaction information on secure computers are located in a locked data center. Basys uses high industry standards in the acquisition and deployment of firewalls and other security technology to prevent the computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.

PROVISION OF INFORMATION TO OTHERS: To perform these transactions, information must be passed to payment card processors and banks. Information is not provided to any third party with aggregate information that can be linked to your personal information.
